We’re Recruiting Immigration Officers - JOBS NOW CLOSED - Home Office Careers

The Home Office works to build a safe, fair and prosperous UK. We achieve this through our work on counter-terrorism, policing, fire, crime, drugs policy, immigration and passports.

We are recruiting for more than 300 Immigration Officers to work in one of our Immigration, Compliance and Enforcement (ICE) or Criminal and Financial Investigations (CFI) teams at locations across the country. Both these teams are part of Immigration Enforcement.

Immigration Enforcement is an operational command of the Home Office, which works with law enforcement and cross-government partners to tackle serious and organised immigration crime.

These are exciting opportunities to develop and embed a wide range of people and engagement skills in a job where you can make a real difference. We will provide full and comprehensive training that will enable you to carry out this worthwhile and varied role.

When you take up your post, you will be required to undertake and pass a training programme, tailored for each role, which uses a blended learning approach and typically takes between 12-18 months to complete.
