We’re recruiting Trainers and Training Delivery Managers for Border Force at locations across the country.
Border Force is the part of the Home Office responsible for securing the UK border 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by enforcing immigration and customs regulations.
Border Force Learning & Development is responsible for delivering operational learning to frontline Home Office staff, equipping them with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to work in a law enforcement environment. Our trainers deliver courses to new recruits, established staff and contingency personnel of all grades across the UK.
Salary
Border Force Trainers
Your starting salary will be between £25,750 and £29,750 depending on where you are based.
As some training may take place on public holidays or weekends, these roles also attract an Annualised Hours Allowance of between 17.5% and 22.5% of your salary.
Border Force Training Delivery Managers
Your starting salary will be between £32,000 and £36,000 depending on where you are based.
As some training may take place on public holidays or weekends, these roles also attract an Annualised Hours Allowance of 10.8% of your salary.
