We’re recruiting for the Accounting Operations Unit, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering key financial services, including corporate and HMT reporting, management accounting, and financial reporting.

Senior Financial Accountant x 9 posts
Starting salary is £44,720 nationally and £48,720 in London/Croydon.
An additional £4,000 allowance is applicable to SEO staff with a full CIMA or CCAB qualification.
Assistant Management Accountant x 10 posts
Starting salary is £37,300 nationally and £41,300 in London/Croydon.
An additional £4,000 allowance is applicable to HEO staff with a full CIMA or CCAB qualification.

About you
Regardless of where you are in your finance career, you’ll bring strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills to our fast-paced environment. We’re looking for finance candidates who can build effective relationships, deliver high-quality output under pressure, and support business units with sound financial advice. You’ll be comfortable working with financial systems (ideally ERP), and ideally be working towards qualifications such as CCAB, CIMA or AAT, along with strong Excel and IT skills.
If you’re applying to the senior role, your experience will reflect a deep understanding of financial management, with the leadership and authority to influence and lead across teams. You’ll have a proven track record of delivering insightful financial analysis on complex issues, driving improvements in reporting, and promoting a culture that embraces change and strategic delivery.
