The Civil Service Fast Stream is an accelerated, cross-Civil Service career path to leadership, and it’s recognised as one of the best graduate schemes in the country. Within the Home Office we offer many placements to Fast Streamers providing stretch, development and leadership. These roles will often be working on high priorities for the Department.
The Fast Stream also includes the Direct Appointment Scheme for candidates who have progressed through several stages of the application process but have not met the benchmark for the Fast Stream Assessment Centre (FSAC) or their chosen scheme.
